Salon Policies
Our focus is on quality, cleanliness, fair service, and a comfortable experience for every guest.
Service Satisfaction
- Salon services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, please let us know during your service or within 48 hours.
- If a complimentary corrective service is approved, it will be scheduled at the first available time within five days of the original appointment.
- Traditional manicures are not guaranteed, but a chipped nail may be touched up within 24 hours.
- Complimentary repairs for gel, dip powder, acrylic, and nail art may be provided for up to three days from the original service. Please call the salon with the technician's name and service date.
Retail, Payments and Gift Certificates
- Unopened retail products may be returned within seven days with the original receipt.
- More than three colors may carry an additional charge.
- Accepted payment methods are cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Checks are not accepted.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash is provided for unused balances.
- Please confirm gift certificate expiration and replacement terms with the salon before purchase.
Salon Care
- Guests are responsible for damage to salon goods.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- New Style Nail Spa is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you.
